symptoms:
sits at 160 when batteries are off jerks down slightly when the ignition key turned on goes up to ~ 175 when the engine warms up are they fixable at all? |

Local boat store may well have one that matches. There is also a sending unit on the engine that could be the problem as well but I would try the gauge first. |

But the electrical system in my boat is such a mess that I don't want to even touch the box now that I am not prepared to spend few days to re-route everything that can fall off when I push that bunch of wires out of the way to see the back of the gauge :) |
