The authorized repair folks have been hard to find but I finally got a
good response and things are on the way. I found the Service Bulliten #632 on the Kohler website. BTW. I dug enough chunks and bits from an old impeller out of my heat exchanger to make a new impeller out of and she now runs great. It was really easy to extract the exchanger and I din't have to replace any seals. |

om... Oh! I hate to ask where the zink should go? I haven't seen anything mentioned about it anywhere! Is it a pencil like my crusaders? Now you got me thinkin... ![]() I may be mistaken. It may have just been a drain hole with no facility for a zinc but I have a hard time with the fact that there'd be no zinc on the seawater side of a heat exchanger. Yes, if I'm right it's the pencil type. May be located elsewhere on your model. |
