Default another dock neighbor

There's 2 beautiful Hinckleys in this style sitting in the mud every 12
hours at low tide at Charleston City Marina, because their owners are too
goddamned lazy to walk far enough out on the docks so the boat has some
deep water under it.

I hope their underwater bearings and cooling intakes are all clogged up
with pluff mud and cause the damned expensive engine to sieze. Our
mechanics need the work.

It just sits there in the MUD, dammit! Rich people got no common sense!
