i thought it would have to do with brewing temps, btu evindently it
has to do with crop production etc....

Oh well, nothing against those who do, but I dont' think I'll be
effected. I never did like the stuff.

Brings back some memories. My Maternal Grandfather who couldn't drive
was a foundry worker. My Grandmother drop him off after work at the
local bar where he would order a beer and shot of brandy after work.
Always PBR long neck and always top shelf brandy. He'd drink the
brandy and chug the beer, then always ordered a Miller which he'd
nurse until it was time to walk home for dinner.

Did that every day of his life.

My grandpa Schnautz used to stop in town for a mug 'o suds as he'd
call it, and as long as it was draft he didn't care what it was. Would
sprinkle pepper on it, and crack a raw egg and throw it in there too.

Never could figure that one out.....

That's a great name, by the way..."Schnautz." It sounds very Milwaukee-ish.

"Schnautz Beer..."

"Schnautz Sausages..."

"Schnautz Machine Tools..."

Oh my gosh, does that bring back some memories.

My Mom's brothers did that.

I thought it was disgusting.

Must be something Midwestern about that.
