Today, I learned about beer chicken.

It's basically roasting a chicken with a half can of beer inside.

You roast the chicken standing up with the half can of beer inside.

It's very good.

I also learned that desite being an outstanding amateur lumberjack, I
am a complete putz as a brick mason.
