Is there a good place on line to get parts for a Bayliner (cig
lighter, etc)?

Also, I may be look for a new cover. I think the one mine has is
really a car cover. We don't really get any rain where I live but we
get lots of sun. Any recommendations for brands or places to order
fitted covers for a Bayliner?

Also, my boat has a switch labeled "accy". The manual doesn't mention
this switch but it looks factory. I've not been able to find anything
that works differently when this switch is on/off (radio, power
supply, etc)

Accessory switch. Normally used to provide power to gizmos added by owner.

Didn't the Transportation Security Agency require that all boats after
2002 have a transponder on them that is controlled by the ACCY switch
so they could keep track of where all boats were at all times?

Not a lot of folks know about that switch. I'm looking at your boat now and
I see it's in your driveway.

Short answer NO. Commercial vessels, not rec boats

The switch isn't connected to anything: it's for you to use for whatever you
want. I added floor lighting and use that switch to control it to
load/unload at night.
Good place to go for Bayliner ifnfo is the Bayliner Owners Club:
