Evinrude Power Pack Question
 

A friend of mine has a 70 hp Evinrude that stopped fireing on the top
and botton plugs. I swapped coils, wires and plugs and still only the
center plug fires. Is there a way to test the pack with an ohm or volt
meter. I think he said it was a 1994 model.
