Did you make your weighted matrix yet, or did you not see my response?

Yes - I weighted my matrix analyzing the primary, secondary and
tertiary decisions/requirements creating a process management
hierarchy which created descrete criteria for making the decision.

The weighted matrix process decided that I'm roughly 90 pounds over
weight and have to go on a strict diet for the next six months.
