Just got an offer on the GB. Eisboch Big problem? You have a boat up for sale and you got a legit offer? That would be two boats sold in a couple of months - you are doing better than most brokers. |

Mrs.E. has very little interest in boats anymore. She's too involved with her horses, etc. So, when the subject comes up about a new boat .... I've lost all my leverage regarding budgets. Still working on the problem. Eisboch. |

It would be simpler to invent perpetual motion. You don't suggest to a horse lover that she should "sell" her horses. My oldest son, with two girls, is scared **** that he's going to inherit them. Now she has a trailer, two horses, etc. She gets up super early before work to do whatever people do with horses at dawn. I haven't seen his wife out at the boat in a year and a half. When the kids were young, we had two quarter horses - Apple and Medic and a rescued mule - aptly named Ralph. As the kids got older, getting up early was relegated to Dad and his dogs. Which meant that Dad and his dogs did the morning horsie chores. Of the three of them, Ralph had the most personality and the only one I got along with. Horses are stupid beasts - mules have a brain. I really dislike horses. No offense to Mrs. E intended. |
