They went out of business in '85 or thereabouts so I'm not surprised. You might want to try the alt.sailing groups or the rec.cruising groups - more sailors there than in here. |

The owner of Morgan opened up a brokerage in the St. Pete area and was brokering the used Morgans. You should be able to find them in some of the used boat web sites. |

There also was a Morgan 33. |

The Islander 33 was built by the Islander Yacht Corp. in Costa Mesa Cal. It used the Islander 32 hull. It's flush deck, looks like a huge Coronado 25. Well built, lots of room. There are quite a few still sailing. By now they are very old and have gone through owners who don't know which way is up. With the cost of everything, if the boat is not complete and in good shape I'd pass. If you haven't found anything you need a lesson in using Google. Here's one: http://www.yachtworld.com/core/listi...rrency=USD&ro= 2&r=1519381&rs=yachtworld.com&rt=Cruiser&boat_id=1 519381&checked_boats=1519381&toPrice= 30000000&fromYear=1960&type=%28Sail%29&Ntk=boatsEN &hmid=0&sm=3&enid=0&toYear=1975&luom= 126¤cyid=100&toLength=33&cit= true&boatsAddedSelected=-1&fromLength=32&fromPrice=1&ftid=0&man=Islander&sl im=quick If the link does not work, search Yacht world. |

A Google search for "Islander Yacht Corp, Islander 33" shows a lot of links, among them this: http://www.boatbrochure.com/servlet/...--I/Categories You'll find the original brochure. |
