They went out of business in '85 or thereabouts so I'm not surprised.

You might want to try the alt.sailing groups or the rec.cruising
groups - more sailors there than in here.

I think you are talking about a Morgan Islander sailboat. The owner of
Morgan opened up a brokerage in the St. Pete area and was brokering the
used Morgans. You should be able to find them in some of the used boat
web sites.

There was more than one sailboat with the model name Islander 33. The
Charley Morgan product was an Out Island 33. There also was a Morgan 33.

The Islander 33 was built by the Islander Yacht Corp. in Costa Mesa Cal.
It used the Islander 32 hull.

It's flush deck, looks like a huge Coronado 25. Well built, lots of
room. There are quite a few still sailing.

By now they are very old and have gone through owners who don't know
which way is up. With the cost of everything, if the boat is not
complete and in good shape I'd pass.

If you haven't found anything you need a lesson in using Google.

Here's one:

If the link does not work, search Yacht world.

A Google search for "Islander Yacht Corp, Islander 33" shows a lot of
links, among them this:

You'll find the original brochure.

Nice google search reply.............but you are wrong as usual.

Jimbo,
You seem to have a chip on your shoulder and seem to be struggling to
pick a fight. I thought you wanted a better NG? But either way, I am
completely bored of you so I have decided not to play your silly games
anymore.
