But seeing these remarks, more than once, simply reminds me that
when Bush had a chance to serve, he chose not to do his duty.

But he was younger and unemployed, there was a war underway that he
said he believed in, and he chose to pull strings, take advantage
of family connections, and then neglect to even complete his
obligations to the National Guard.
Harry, you had a chance to serve and chose not to.
Harry, you were young and unemployed, at least part of that time
that there was a war going on, and you chose to pull strings and or
take advantage of family connections to avoid serving your country.
Harry, how can you sit in front of your computer and punch out such
garbage.

Actually, FLEEG, I did serve, but not in any way you could
comprehend, and I was never unemployed. Even when I was in college, I
had part-time jobs during semesters, and full-time jobs in the
summer.
You served yourself. You ran away and hid when your country called.

If only you knew your ass from a hole in the ground, eh? If you have
children, I feel sorrow for the DNA they inherited from you. It'll be
a handicap their entire lives.
Most of us know the relationship between our asses and holes in the
ground.
Since words are extremely important, do you have any thoughts on the
original subject of this thread, i.e.: what Bush said to the troops and
his exact choice (?) of words?
Isn't there a checkout aisle missing its bag boy?
Uh oh. You're in the mood. Is your wife's "tennis lesson" excuse wearing
a little thin?

What are you talking about?

What? You didn't know? Oh Blurt....I'm sorry. I shouldn't have said
anything.

I guess you would know more about that situation than the rest of us.

I asked you about Geraldine's choice of words first. She stated a simple
fact and got cremated for it.

I try to ignore his childish insults. That kind of talk puts him right back
in the 4th grade schoolyard. But on the other hand, his insults are his
tell. It does help to identify which of his nerves are particularly
sensitive. That is useful information

I just don't get why you let someones internet "psudo-persona" get to
you. Lot's of folks have "play" personalities they use in different
areas of usenet, some more affable than others;) I tell my kids all
the time. No sock puppet, not one, that you meet on line will truly
represent the real person behind the keyboard, they are all sock
puppets, every last one of them. If you meet off line, they "will" be
different, every single one of them, that's why I have the Vegas Rule,
so those folks can be who they want to be on line.
It's a little different for me because I do have an online business
that really gives the reader a good insight into who "is" behind the
keyboard. The way I do business makes this necessary for folks to
trust enough to send large checks to a small family business which
they have never visited, or in most cases until the time of the
transaction, never even heard of. That is a little difficult to
explain to my kids, but we get by.
JustWait..., was a screen name I came here with, hoping that those who
knew me well, would recognize me, and those who did not, I could be a
little more free with. Of course my net experience was ruined by a
local net nanny who got a little ****ed at something I said, so
cleverly "outed" me, so be it, but it still was not right. Anyway, be
who you want to be on line, none of you are the same off line, as much
as you might swear you are, so think of "your nemisis" as just another
annoying sock puppet, play with it, but don't try to smash it, you
can't, you can't even reach it so you will only end up more negative
and frustrated, trust me...

That's my rant for the day.. And for those of you following, I think I
am moving toward more of a functional state healthwise for this
season, although I probably scarred another chunk of lung... so be
it.. Thank you for all of your thoughts, prayers, and concerns, on and
off line..

Is that what you read? Further evidence that you are not a writer. Or, at
least, not a very good one. You need to take a remedial reading course.
