If you ever get in the Norfolk area, visit the main Navy base and go down to
where the large ships are berthed.
Many of the newer destroyers and cruisers are being built with minimal radar
return designs. Not as radical as that depicted in your referenced link,
but very similar in shape design.

Not very cunning, nor queit, but I think this design would have been
"stealth" for radar.
