Just like McCain voting against the tax cuts before he voted for
the
tax
cuts. What is it with these Vietnam era naval officers that makes
them
wafflers.

Age and experience, maybe. Only a complete idiot has an unbending,
almost
religious belief in the "never raise taxes" concept. Remember
Bush-1?
What
did you think of his shift on the subject?

Paul O'Neil spoke about that in the book authored by Ronald Suskind
called
"The Price of Loyalty". Seems that Bush 1 had won the office on a
promise
of
tax breaks and when it was explained to him what this would do to
the
economy, he backed off, knowing the broken promise would cost him
his
second
term.
To me, forfeiting a second term for the good of the country says a
lot
about
this man.

Is your nickname, "spinmeister"? It should be!

Why is it "spin"?

Why don't you understand simple concepts?

In this thread, you have only contributed one comment:

"Is your nickname, "spinmeister"? It should be!"

Make a clearer statement about the CONTENT of the message preceding
yours,
and then maybe there will be a concept to understand. If you're as smart
as
you want us to believe, you should be able to explain what you meant.

You seem to be the only one struggling with it.

So....do you disagree with Paul O'Neill? Or, did you have any other
reason
for saying "spinmeister"?

I did it to send you into a fit of apoplexy.

Do you disagree with Paul O'Neill?
