Flac is open source. Yeah, I'd found this: http://tinyurl.com/26ou5d but thought it would be easier just to go buy the CD's then try to wade thru all that. I was being lazy and hoping someone had a nice simple way to do the job. Thanks for the comeback though. -- John H |

Foobar is very simple solution:
http://www.foobar2000.org/ Also, WINAMP will work as well but you need to also download/install the FLAC plug-in for it. I prefer Foobar for it's simplicty and low resource usage.
