Went to Sportsman Expo at the San Mateo expo center today. Not many boats
as the boat dealers have a separate show. A lot smaller than I figured it
would be. They cancelled the San Francisco Fred Hall show, so assumed more
at this show. A lot of Alaska and Canada and Mx resorts and a few African
Safari providers. But no Costa Rica area as normal. Some good seminars on
electronics, and fishing the region. Looked at a 2550 Steiger. Nice lines.
Decent price. $74k with a 250 hp Suzuki on a bracket, trailer and
electronics. 25' Osprey next to it with I/O was $156k. As Shortwave said,
nice lines. The same company sells Parkers and there was an about 23' CC
near the Steiger. Did not have an LT. But looked old.
