While I'm sure Chuck could come up with some revisionist history
theory about the following poem, I've always used it and tried to live
up it's intent.

So, with that in mind...

May the road rise to meet you
May the wind be always at your back
The sun shine warm upon your face
The rains fall soft upon your fields
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the hollow of his hand.

All the best to you and yours.
