Both are fully operational, radio controlled models in the final stages of
completion by "Captains Models", the guy that built Mrs.E's GB model.

He just told me they have tested the boat in the water and it was clocked at
60 mph.
He's building it for someone in PA.

Forgot to mention. The trailer has a fully operational, mini hydraulic
system that tilts the boat for display:

The boat is roughly 30 inches long.

They often travel down the road that way - I've seen it at least a dozen
times. If they are too wide, they can stay within the legal limits -
it's not just for display.
