Uncalled for?? Why to hell did Bill have to put a jab at everyone in
rec.boats in a conversation that was nothing but a compliment from
Tom? THAT is what was uncalled for.

That's just the nature of the group. 90% of even the boating threads end
up in name calling and schoolyard taunts. Geez, doesn't anyone just go
boating anymore?

O.K., I'll start, landed a couple nice reds last weekend, a nice 22-in
for the cooler, tastes best when blackened with the spices mixed about
50/50 with some flour. Helps to make a crust and cuts the salt intake
from the packaged spices. The bigger battle, a really fat 30-inch
(without pinching the tail) was released after a brief photo opp.
Heading back out Saturday am via kayak to try again.
