Ethanol - fuel pump compatibility

I've got my first tank of E-10 gas. Tank is aluminum, so I should be OK
there except for the sludge that will be loosened/dissolved etc, and I've
got plenty of filter replacements to deal with that. My question is: should
I be concerned about incompatibility with the diaphrams in my mechanical
fuel pumps? The pumps are original (1979 Chrysler M360B engines).

Probably, if the diaphram is made of natural rubber (which most were in
those days).
