This is a pretty important waterway. After all, for a bunch of you
guys on the east coast this is the only place you can boat that isn't
frozen solid all winter. :-)

Our harbour has only been blocked by ice once in my lifetime.

We get a little ice from time to time in some of the shallower, longer
inlets. It's fun to see, since it is so damned rare.

Ayyyup. Once in a while you will see ice in Deale, up by the bridge next
to the Happy Harbor restaurant and bar, and on the landward side of the
bridge in Chesapeake Beach, et cetera.
