Reading about what makes vinly seats hard... apparently the
'plasticizers' get damaged or some such. Found this "Heller Glanz
Vinyl Restore":

but not much of anything about it on review sites or boating sites
that I've checked.

Anyone had success 'restoring' vinyl seats with this or some other
product?

Putting the plasticizers back into UV damaged vinyl is a lot like
trying to grow hair on a bald head. No shortage of people and products
claiming to be capable of doing so, but no real abundance of results.
