Inflate/deflate valve, dinghy

Looking for a adapter to inflate/deflate a Seaworthy Hapalon Dinghy.
Standard fittings from inflators do not adequately lock on to prevent air
escaping. Anyone with information? Marty in NJ

If you have a shop in your area that specializes in inflatable boats,
see them for a pump. For not much money, maybe $20 or less, I bought a
darn nice "dual action" pump several years ago. It pumps on both the
upstroke and the downstroke, and it came with an entire ring of
plastic adapters that allow it to wokr with everything from a
basketball or football "needle" size fitting up to a huge 3/4-1"
fitting for the tubes of my inflatable Zodiac.

Yes, and if you still can't find an adapter that is an exact fit I've
had good luck using the next size smaller and wrapping it with vinyl
tape until it fits perfectly.

You should see a shrink about your problem.
