Actually all of the people are guilty. They were all at the bar drinkng and
probably were drinking before hitting the bar as they went boating at
midnight to the bar. Just was the driver of the boat at the moment who gets
tagged. I think those who are sueing should be asked in court, if they knew
the driver was drinking, and how much had they drunk. I am not supporting
drunk drivers, but the fact that all were probably drunk and just about as
guilty as the guy convicted. Why did they get in the boat with him, or let
him drive?
