I read about them in Soundings a couple of years ago.

One of these days I'll take a closer look.

I've been in one of these - very nice custom one-offs.

Personally, I suspect that the high transom (like your ex-girlfriend's
collar) is just an attempt at hiding some mis-deed or something else
sinister.

Trust me..... never trust a boat from north of the mason-dixon
line.....

Did you know my ex-girlfriend? She did have a nice high and tight
transom, but it was not necessarily dry.
