Mercury 9.8 HP 110 outboard

Does anyone have a PDF copy of a service manual for a 9.8 HP Mercury
110 motor?
I have one that needs some minor repairs and a bit of tuning.
How can I find out what year this unit is?
The S/N is 7036186
