You might check with the manufacturer and see. -- John H |

Now i've not yet looked, but does anyone have any ideas to the problem, what to look for or had similar problems themselves. Try this: Purple wire should be the tach power. Black wire will be the ground wire. Gray wire goes to the negative side of the ignition coil. 1st: Check the Black wire to see if you still have a good ground. 2nd: Check the Purple wire for 12V. 3rd: Check the Gray wire for continuity. If everything checks OK.... you probably have a toasted Tach... -- Grady-White Gulfstream, out of Oak Island, NC. Simon If rev counter is the same as tackymutter, you might need to change a setting. I hope it comes with instructions .. -- Posted via a free Usenet account from http://www.teranews.com |
