We have the right to travel freely throughout this country. We have the
right to own a car. We do NOT have the right to a driver's license,
therefore we have no guaranteed right to drive a car. If you disagree,
cut & paste the section of the Constitution which deals with this right
you imagine.


You post which part of the Constitution prohibits driving a car. When
licenses was first issued, they were issued for life. We need to learn
something from the French. Their government is scared of the people. We
are afraid of our government.


You're such a comedian. Show me which part of the constitution prohibits
neighbors from making too much noise at night.

Not Federal law. And we allow certain laws to be passed as part of a
