Fix It Again, Tony?
 
IVECO diesels will no longer be marketed under that trade name in the
US. The corporation will now be known as FIAT Powertrain.
Somehow, I like the name "IVECO" more than "FIAT". Maybe I hung around
cars for too many years. :-)

I hope buyers have a good selection of tools on board. Lots of oil, too.

FIAT also owns most of the ag machinery manufacturers in the US. now
the conglom. is known as "Agco". I wonder what will happen if FIAT
decides to do what they did to Allis Chalmers back in the 80's. Not
just shut down, but pull out and head back to Italy. left many dealers
high and dry. no parts backing etc.

Fiat always ran those squirrels pretty hard, and then they dropped in
their tracks.

I had one that lasted 4 weeks before it dropped a valve and trashed
the piston.
