Nice looking pickeral - decent size and nice and fat.

today, and I won a fishing pole!

Brown trout, Lake Ontario, this past weekend. Destined momentarily for the
grill. Didn't feel like messing with downrigger, so I dredged up a 4 oz
sal****er diamond jig from my collection of ancient lures, dropped it down
to about 100', and whammo voila.

Ok, you gave me a fishing pole. I think I am going to keep it with one
of my old Mitchells, Maybe I will give the kid the St. Croix spaghetti
pole;)

I got a nice brown the other day, usually don't keep em' but after
paying a 7 dollar launch fee. Got it deep with my 3.5 foot ultralight,
and Mitchell 310, he stripped a little line, but I kept my pole up and
got him to the net. Harry thinks he fishes light tackle;)

Still lucky I like fishin' more than catchin" though, cause I fish
more than I catch;)
