Especially on a canoe which is in no possible way a "motor vehicle". Depends on how the local law is written of course but I'd like to see them fight it out in court. The definition of vehicle is: Any means in or by which someone travels or something is carried or conveyed; a means of conveyance or transport. Vehicles that do not travel on land can be properly referred to as "craft". Crafts are still vehicles. That's a good point. Unless there is a law against public consumption. |
