Hello,

I have a + - 1982 Mercury 50 HP outboard motor. The power trim will
raise or lower the motor but the motor will not stay up for a long
time.

I'm not familiar with the maintenance or how this works. Is there oil
to be added somewhere or seals to replace . Any ideas on what could
cause this ?
