I have a Mariner 20 hp and it is made in Belgium.
Serial number is 9435218.
What is the year of my motor and is it like yamaha or mercury?

If you found the serial number, the year will be located on the same
Id plate below where the serial number is located.

Just based on the serial number, I'd guess mid to late '80s.

If you can't find the year, then enter the model number and serial
number at this location - the year of the engine will be displayed as
will the parts.
