Bought my outboard used and it ran good for 3 years. last time out it
wouldn't fire at all ideas?

My guess is you forgot to Stablize your fuel last fall, and the
carb/jets are all clogged from the gas varnish. If this is the problem
you will need to clean the carbs/jets
