I have an '83 Evinrude 115 hp Outboard that I want to replace the water
pump. The FSM makes it sound easy to unhook the shift linkage under the
powerhead. I can maybe see the connection I certainty can't touch by hand,
I'm really concerned that if I get it unhooked I won't be able to reconnect.
It there a "trick" to this? Any insight would be appreciated.
