A new method of boat power?
 

I wonder if you could rig something like this for a boat? Probably be
easier than rigging it for wheeled travel.

And to think - it's environmentally friendly!!!

That's a neat rig. The Heart & Stroke Foundation have a more basic version
used around here in fundraising.
My youngest sister always gets involved when the hospital she works at take
a turn.
