I can't imagine Chart #1 being as useful in b&w. It lists nav markers,
etc, and color is very important when recognizing most of those.

And a couple of packages of paper because you know it's not going to
print properly the first time through.

Sometimes, the cost cutters just carry things way too far. This is
the proper province of the government and they should be printing it
or jobbing it out and offering it printed.
