The HK Foundation appreciates those monthly checks you send, and
promises not to tell everyone about the *five illegitimate children you
fathered in the Carolinas during your last trip there*.

What?? Didn't think our Tom had it in him! Good show.

The puppy speaks!

Speaking about a puppy............... you sure do like sniffing around my
butt.

That's an odd response, Don. Did you read it before you clicked "send"?

My potential buyer called again this morning - wanted to make sure
that I "understood" his offer.

Get this - he felt that based on his "surveyor's" report that perhaps
he made an inappropriate offer. He went into this long explanation of
the why's and how's then said this:

"I don't want the engine as it's very old. Based on your asking
price, my "surveyor's" report and the cost of a new four stroke Honda
long leg which will cost me at least $3,000, I'll up my offer to
$1,000." Basically, he wants me to buy his new engine for him.

I told him never to call me again. :)

Did you price the sails separately as I suggested?

Absoutely not. I've done it often enough and I'm proud of Mrs. Wave
and our kids for their accomplishments.

Out freakin' standing.

What's his course of study?

Well this is the "cross we must bare" ..... he is going to get his PHD
in Philosophy and become one of those freaking liberal professors. On a
positive note, he would rather teach overseas so he won't be
corrupting our students. - Hide quoted text -

I know, mine too. So much education, so indoctrinated by the psudo-
intellectuals she surrounds herself with.

It's hard admitting your kids have a better foundation, eh? If they're
ever classified as erudite, you'll never live it down.

Have to hang your head in shame for facilitating their superior
education.

God knows I do.

HEY JON!!

How's it going ?

Crazy busy. No time to do anything but work. I gaze lovingly at
anything that floats by on the canal, including milfoil harvesters.

I'm getting hard up for floating.

Well, that's a good thing right? If I remember correctly, last time
we chatted, you were looking for business.

It's good that you are busy.

I'm getting hard up for floating.

Understood. Sometimes you just got to take a break, 'ya know?

Between. Would invest but, unless it's a 8 kt. single screw with oar
locks, couldn't bear the thought of the fuel costs. I've been a twin-
screw guy my whole life. I like having a set of props.

It scares me to fill up the car these days.

I do miss floating around in a pretty big way. I need to haul the
whaler down to the lake and have run around. Perhaps my spirits will be
"buoyed"?
