Best people to talk to is Northeast Marine Sanitation in Farmingdale, NY: http://www.northeastsanitation.com/ They're great! They've talked me through more than one problem with our Vacuflush. Among other things (including any part you could possibly use), they sell a handy kit with replacement seals, duckbill valves, a specially designed pressure guage to aid diagnosis, and a repair manual.
