Since I'm not a military man...especially in the US military, I had
guessed that DD meant dishonourable discharge... and Kalif Bill was the
214th receipent of that award. On second thought...why would he be
bragging about it?


While it is a military discharge paper/document I doubt it is for
dishonorable discharges.
