Since I'm not a military man...especially in the US military, I had guessed
that DD meant dishonourable discharge... and Kalif Bill was the 214th
receipent of that award. On second thought...why would he be bragging
about it?


You seem to have a habit of guessing wrong. Maybe you should stick to stuff
you know.
