I'll pass on that. I'm just wondering if it is infested with small,
badly behaving, whining children.

I'm sure it is, as well as badly behaving, whining parents. When I
lived in Florida, all of my northern friends and relatives visited and
I always ended up as tour guide to Disney World. I'd like to know how
many times I've had parents ram my heels with strollers.

I had just the opposite experience when I lived in Florida. None of my
Yankee friends and relatives wanted to visit Disney because they all had
been there. But almost everyone I knew in Florida had "annual tickets"
for most of the Orlando attractions. On the other hand, north Florida's
beaches, some of the most beautiful anywhere, are very uncrowded. Go
figure. I recall especially Fort George and the Talbot Island beaches.
Salt marshes, alligators, turtles, spectacular flora, the ocean on once
side, Nassau Sound on another...it was one of my favorite places in the
Jax area.

I love the Disney attractions, and SeaWorld, too. I just don't love the
crowds when the parks are overly populated.

For adults, I think DisneyWorld and Epcot Center is a must see for those
that have never been there. After that, Universal Studios is my favorite
for repeat visits.

That's a shame. It's been awhile but I remember a country and western type

Did the Epcot tour a couple of years ago. Would not put it on a must visit
list. Maybe it was just me and the wife who thought it was much over hyped.
Should have gone to Disney World instead.

I thought the World Showcase was kinda cool the first couple of times we
visited Epcot.
Obviously not a major attraction for kids, but the Fettuccine al Alfredo and
authentic Italian manicotti at L'Originale Alfredo di Roma Ristorante was
outstanding!

I remember the Italian restaurant. Remember it as being more expensive than
San Francisco North Beach Ristorante. We ate in the middle eastern place
and the food was good. The overall impression was not very good for the
place. Boring would be the main impression.

Indeed, some of the food possibilities at EPCOT are very good. Also, I
liked several of the country exhibits and a couple of the demonstration
exhibits at the front of EPCOT.
