Pedestal seat mount flush to deck

I would like to install 2 pedestal fishing seats in my 20' boat. At
times I would want to remove the seats from the pedestal mounting so I
could use the deck as a cast netting platform. I has seen something
suitable - made by Todd Enterprises (I think) - that when the
pedestal rod is removed a plug of some sorts goes in the mounting ring
in the deck and then only thing that remains is about a 3/4" plate
sticking above the deck - still could be a toe snagger but this is, so
far, the only solution I have seen.

Has anyone found a pedestal seat mounting set-up that presents a bare
minimum of a deck mounting ring when the chair and pole are removed
temporarily?

Thanks in advance
Robert

Attwood makes a square plate for 3/4" drop in mounts that mounts under the
floor.
