This is not to dismiss your weight loss.......I congratulate you on your results.......losing weight is never easy. Congratulations and keep it up! Actually, I am not on any specific diet. I'm just eating less and exercising more. All the foods I am eating are normal. I am stuffing myself with salads, though, and eating much smaller portions of almost everything else. |
