I have a question: Why does windshield fluid rated at -35F freeze at 5F?
Could it be wind chill?

boats.

Only when you are offshore 20 miles.

will it sink without air?

No, the deflated material will float.

You, however, might not. :)

Yes, and whatever you do, make darn sure your newsreader is configured
peoperly, and that you DO NOT top-post, or else Malcolm here will get his
knickers in a knot.

Got a really old grey Avon 310 (with the 3 part ply bottom boards) that is
somewhat porous. Its probably beyond the point where taking it to an Avon
service centre would be worthwhile. It gets towed behind our 26' yact all
season because its so awkward to assrmble onboard, doesn't get much TLC
and sees some hard use. What are your thoughts on sloshing sealers and
rubber paints suitable for Hypalon?

N.B. I've only got about £100 'in' this boat so whatever I do other than
running it into the ground needs to be affordable. If you mention
specific products, they need to be ones I can get in Europe.

I'm breaking this one in gently. He started off with some rather
misguided promotion of his company on a non-commercial group, but he IS
trainable. :-)

OTOH, Are *YOU* trainable? . . . ;-)
