Good day !
Would it be difficult and or costly to change parts in my very good working 1992 evinrude 15HP long shaft to make it a short shaft ? i plan to buy an inflatable and it needs a short shaft engine... Thank you Yann |

One way might be to find a Evinrude dealer and see if they have an old engine around that you could salvage the mid-case from. I have a 2000 FICHT that I'm trying to find a 25" mid-shaft for and it's been a real trial. You could haunt some of the forums or try and place an ad in Craig's list or something similar. |
