Looks good with Firefox 2 all the way from 800x600 to 1280x1024. Since
the background doesn't resize, 800 look a lot stormier than 1280;
there's almost no blue sky at the smaller size. :)

Also looks fine with the current version of IE7, an also with Lynx:

According to the W3C HTML Validator, there are a couple things left to
tweak:
