I'm just looking for a ballpark estimate here. We have a 16' fiberglass
Tanzer, pretty old. No cabin for this size boat, but it does have a little cuddy area in the bow. The boat and documentation (assuming I can find it) are stored on a different property, and I need a guesstimate of how much it and the trailer weigh. Appreciate any thoughts. -- Matt |

This is a great size because it can be towed by the smallest cars. |

"Ernest Scribbler" wrote: "matt" wrote I'm just looking for a ballpark estimate here. 500 lb? http://www.clal.ca/tanzer16/ Hey -- that's my boat! She's so old I just assumed nothing would be up on the Internets. Had her since I was a child. And the other poster, Don White, said a trailer should be 300 lbs. Mine may well be less than that. So... useful info -- thanks to both of you. :-) -- Matt Remove 'invalid' from address before emailing |
