Havent seen anything posted yet...but wondered if there are any Chris

I used to cruise a '67 Chris Craft cavalier '27 foot'r. When I bought
it, it was already on the downhill slind, but I got a couple years fun
out of it before the hull really started deteriorating quicker and
costlier than I ccould or wanted to keep up with it.

I presently have an '83 CC Scorpion 169 which is actually an 18 ft.
runabout with a 3.0 mercruiser (chevy 4-cyl) and alpha 1 mercruiser
drive. Its a fun little boat but the 3.0 is noisey(they all are) and
its a bit cramped.

But its fun!

I always wanted a 21' Lancer, but even the ones in bad awray seem to
fetch a good dollar.

I have one that was going to be a project boat until I got bored with
it.

Interesting hull design.

Interesting hull design

It certainly is....sure takes rough water VERY well. I had it out in 4+
ft chop in Lake Erie, and it rode well. Its got a 231ci. Buick V6, and
goes good for a big boat.

Not mine, but it is "The Family's" (Dad's), so I still refer to her as
"ours":
