Local news station reports that Halifax born Denny Doherty of Mamas & Papas
fame, died after a short illness. He had been living in suburb of Toronto.
Hard to believe....... only Michelle Phillips left now.

Ms. Phillips still looks pretty good. Saw her on some TV show a few weeks
ago.

Did you know she was kicked out of the Mama's & Papa's for a while back
in 1966?
One of the Mamas forgot which Papa she was supposed to be going to bed
with.
I guess the last straw, however, was when she began cheating on Denny
as well as John and was discovered sleeping around with at least one of
the Byrds. Couldn't even keep it "in the family" as they say. The woman
they hired to replace her didn't sound quite right, so in the end they
said "What the hell, the show must go on" and brought Michelle back
into the group.

I will say that when my wife was Girl Scout Cookie Mom she didn't look

He was fine until he went to California and got mixed up with liquor &
drugs.
