We sometimes get as many as 4 or 5 at the same time, and every once in a while, one will jump out of the bow wave right in front of the boat. |

They usually run along the bow of the boat off to one side. Seems to depend on the boat and on the dolphin. On sailboats I more often see them in the bow wave, also with the smaller Atlantic dolphins. Around here with power boats and a big wake they seem to prefer the quarter wave for some reason. |
